Treatments to be offered:
About the process: Arrive during registration to complete a patient intake form (In English or Spanish). Present your Government issued photo ID. Let us know if you are experiencing dental pain or would like your teeth cleaned. We will then assign you an appointment time for the same day. Be prepared that you may have to leave and return back for appointments later in the day. You will also be seen by our medical team who will record your vital signs and clear you for treatment. Each patient will receive a bracelet with the time of their appointment to remind them to be back in time, in order to be seen.
